「フォートナイト」に“Horizon Zero Dawn”からアーロイが参戦へ。ララ・クロフトとのデュオでプレイする期間限定モードも

　Epic Gamesは2021年4月13日，バトルロイヤルゲーム「フォートナイト」（PC / Xbox One / PlayStation 4 / Nintendo Switch / Xbox Series X / PlayStation 5）に，「Horizon Zero Dawn」（PS4）からアーロイが登場すると発表した。


　公式サイト（※外部リンク）によれば，米国時間4月16日より，Horizon Zero Dawnコラボアイテムがフォートナイトに登場する。アイテムは，バックアクセサリ「ブレイズキャニスター」が付属するコスチューム「アーロイ」，ツルハシ「アーロイの槍」，グライダー「グリントホーク」，ラップ「シールドウィーバー」，エモート「ハートライゾン」で，バンドル限定でロード画面「空の監視者アーロイ」も入手可能。コスチューム・アーロイを所持してフォートナイトをPlayStation 5でプレイすれば，スタイル「アイスハンターアーロイ」もアンロックできるという。


　そのほかPlayStation限定イベントとして，Horizon Zero Dawnバンドルをアイテムショップでの配信前にいち早く入手できる「アーロイカップ」が米国時間4月14日より開催。
　また，アーロイと，「トゥームレイダー」のララ・クロフトのデュオでプレイする期間限定モード「タッグを組もう！ アーロイ＆ララ」を，日本時間4月16日22：00から4月18日22：00まで楽しめるとのことだ。


　ちなみに，今回コラボ対象となったHorizon Zero Dawnに関しては，ソニー・インタラクティブエンタテインメントが，「Play At Home」イニシアチブの一環として，「Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition」を4月20日から5月15日まで無料で配信する予定となっている（関連記事）。
