名作RPGがさらに進化。「ウィッチャー3 ワイルドハント リマスター」が発表に。既存ユーザーには無料アップグレードを提供

　本日（2026年8月26日）配信された「gamescom Opening Night Live 2026」にて，CD PROJEKT REDは「ウィッチャー3 ワイルドハント リマスター」（PC / PS5 / Xbox Series X|S / Nintendo Switch 2）を発表した。配信日は2026年9月29日を予定しており，対象プラットフォームで，すでに本作を所有しているユーザーには無料アップグレードとして提供される。


　公開されたトレイラーでは，ビジュアルのさらなる向上にとどまらず，戦闘や移動システムの改善，スキルツリーの刷新，フォトモードの拡張，新しいフィニッシャーの追加など，多岐にわたるアップデート内容が確認できる。
　さらに，映像終盤の機能リストには，「PlayStation 5 Pro」対応や「Nintendo Switch 2」の専用機能，「DLSS 4.5」「FSR 4」といった最新技術への対応も記載されており，最新のハードウェア環境に合わせた大規模な改修が施されているようだ。

　本作には，「無情なる心」「血塗られた美酒」の2つの大型拡張ストーリーもあらかじめ収録される。また，すでに本編を所有している人は無料で入手できるとのことだ。ゲラルトの壮大な旅を最高の環境で再び体験できる日を楽しみに待とう。
