EA，「ウルティマ オンライン」の最新拡張パック「ステイジアン アビス」を2009年夏に発売

　エレクトロニック・アーツは，MMORPG「ウルティマ オンライン」の拡張パック「ウルティマ オンライン ステイジアン アビス」を，2009年夏に発売すると発表した。


　ステイジアン アビスは，プレイヤー種族としてガーゴイルが追加され，Throwing（投擲），Imbuing（練成），Mysticism（神秘）といった独自スキルを使えるようになる拡張パックだ。また，ウルティマ オンライン史上最大という触れ込みのダンジョンが実装され，そこでMedusa，Primeval Lich，Stygian Dragonといった強力なモンスターが，プレイヤーキャラクターを待ちかまえている。

　なお，ステイジアン アビスの販売方法は未定で，詳細は公式サイトで発表される予定だ。公式サイトではガーゴイルのスキルやダンジョンについて紹介されているので，予備知識を身につけつつ続報を待とう。
