　日本時間2021年2月26日に開幕となる，「コール オブ デューティ ブラックオプス コールドウォー」（PC / PS5 / Xbox Series X / PS4 / Xbox One）と「コール オブ デューティ ウォーゾーン」（PC / PS4 / Xbox One）のシーズン2（関連記事）。Activisionは本日（2021年2月19日），その最新トレイラーを公開した。



　シーズン2では，ゾンビモードの拡張が行われるほか，無料で獲得可能な6つの武器，4つの新マップ，Verdanskの新たな重要地点などを含む無料コンテンツの数々が本作に登場する。
　シーズン2の開幕を控えて，本作の公式サイト（※外部リンク）には“シーズン2について知っておくべきこと”と題した記事が掲載となった。新オペレーターや新武器，新モード，トレイラーにも登場するビークルの情報などがざっとまとまっているので，プレイヤーは一度チェックしておこう。
