人気狩猟シムの続編「Way of the Hunter 2」が発表に。アナウンストレイラーが公開され，狩猟犬「ハンティングドッグ」などの新要素が登場

　THQ Nordic Japanは本日（2026年1月30日），Nine Rocks Gamesが手掛ける狩猟シミュレーションシリーズの最新作「Way of the Hunter 2」を発表し，アナウンストレイラーを公開した。


　「Way of the Hunter」は，広大な原野に分け入って狩猟を行うオープンワールド狩猟シムだ。アメリカとヨーロッパの環境を模した144平方キロにおよぶマップを探索し，さまざまな獲物を狩猟できる。獲物はそれぞれの習性をリアルに再現しており，それを現代技術を駆使して追う体験を味わえる。


　続編である本作では，2つの環境を舞台にした物語を楽しめる。痕跡探しなどで狩りをサポートしてくれる狩猟犬「ハンティングドッグ」が新たに登場するほか，バレットカメラの改良，装備機能の強化なども行われるという。

　ちなみに，前作「Way of the Hunter」（PC / PS5 / Xbox Series X|S）は2月10日まで90％オフの438円（税込）となっている。ゲームの手触りや雰囲気が気になった人は，まず前作から遊んでみるのもいいかもしれない。
