「CoD：World at War」のDLC第一弾は，まずコンシューマ向けにリリース

　「Call of Duty: World at War」のDLC第一弾，“Call of Duty: World at War Map Pack 1”が，2009年3月19日にXbox 360とPLAYSTATION 3向けにリリースされることが決定した。PC版については，少し遅れることになりそうだ。


　DLCの内容は，マルチプレイヤー用の新マップとして，破壊された地下鉄の駅がベースの“Station”，燃え盛るベルリンの街が舞台の“Nightfire”，日本軍との激戦が展開されたペリリュー島での“Knee Deep”の3種類と，4人でのCo-opプレイ「Nazi Zombiesモード」用新マップ“Verruckt”となっている。

　海外公式サイトにDLC専用コーナーがオープンしており，スクリーンショットや，ナチスのゾンビ兵士が襲い来るムービートレイラーが公開されている。
