Bethesda Softworksが，「Fallout 4」のシーズンパスやDLCコンテンツについて発表。「The Creation Kit」は2016年初めに公開

　Bethesda Softworksは，北米で2015年11月10日に発売される（日本では，2015年冬）予定の「Fallout 4」（PC/PlayStation 4/Xbox One）について，いくつかの新発表を行った。

　E3 2015の直前となる日本時間の6月3日に公式サイトがオープンし，E3で行われたプレスカンファレンスで続報が発表された「Fallout 4」だが，考えてみたら，発売までわずか2か月を残すのみ。そろそろ発売後の展開も気になるところで，それに応えるように，同社の公式ブログ「Bethesda.net」の新たなエントリーで，大まかながら発売後の予定が掲載されたのだ。

　それによると，まず北米ではシーズンパスがリリースされる予定になっており，価格は30ドル前後が予定されている。内容としては，「少なくとも40ドルぶんのDLCコンテンツが用意される」とのことで，「Fallout 3」や「The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim」と同様，ボリューム感のあるものになりそうだ。現時点では，そのDLCについてのこれ以上の情報はないものの，荒廃した世界を愛する熱いファンのため，さまざまなコンテンツが予定されるのは間違いない。

　また，PC向けの公式MOD開発ツール「The Creation Kit」の最新版が，2016年初めに公開される予定になっている。MOD制作者達が作成したソフトを，今回はPlayStation 4やXbox One向けにも公開できるというサービスが用意されるとのことで，詳細については、今後もさらに注目していきたい。
