PS3/Xbox 360「タイガー・ウッズ PGA TOUR 11（英語版）」が7月15日に発売，PS3版では「PlayStation Moveモーションコントローラ」にも対応予定

　エレクトロニック・アーツは，PlayStation 3/ Xbox 360用ソフト「タイガー・ウッズ PGA TOUR 11（英語版）」を7月15日に発売すると発表した。価格はいずれも5040円（税込）。


　本作は，マスターズで復活を遂げたタイガー・ウッズとPGA TOURが唯一公認するゴルフゲーム「タイガー・ウッズ PGA TOUR」シリーズの最新作だ。セルティック・マナーリゾートやTPCスコッツデールといった世界屈指のコースを使って，世界中のトッププロ達との競演を楽しめる。


　今作では，アメリカ代表とヨーロッパ代表が名誉をかけて戦うチーム対抗戦，「ライダーカップ」モードを搭載。自分で作成したオリジナルキャラクターを参加させされるだけでなく，自分で作ったチームに友達を招待したり，誰かが作ったチームに参加することもできる。ライダーカップは，最大24人のプレイヤーが参加し，4人が同じ組でプレイしていくという仕組みになっており，なかなかアツいチーム戦が繰り広げられそうだ。

　なお，PS3版では2010年秋に発売予定の「PlayStation Moveモーションコントローラ」への対応も予定されている。本作のリアルなグラフィックスとモーションコントローラが合わされば，より臨場感のあるゴルフゲームが体験できそうだ。
