【Mac】Aspyr，The Sims 2の拡張パック「The Sims 2 Pets」を発表
Aspyr Mediaは，「The Sims 2」（Macintosh版）の拡張パック「The Sims 2 Pets」を11月に発売すると発表した。
これは文字どおり，シム人達が犬，猫などのペットを飼うための拡張パック。そのほかにも鳥，魚，ハムスターなど，さまざまな種類の動物や，犬小屋，鳥かご，水槽といった多数のペット関連アイテムが追加される。
あらかじめ用意したペットから選ぶだけでなく，プレイヤー自身がペットの体型，顔，毛の色などを細部にわたって設定することも可能だ。
シム人の生活に潤いをもたらす拡張パックのリリースを楽しみにしよう。
なお，8月にドイツで開かれたゲームショウGames Convention 2006での本作のレポート記事を掲載しているので，興味のある人はぜひ読んでみてほしい。（山）
