MMORPG「The Matrix Online」のサービス開始日が，北米地域では3月22日に，ヨーロッパ地域では4月8日と決定した。北米での価格は49.99ドルで，1か月のプレイ料金は14.99ドル。
The Matrix Onlineは，映画マトリックスの世界を描いたMMORPGで，プレイヤーはマーシャルアーツ技や銃などを使い，敵となるエージェントなどと戦う。バレットタイムやビルからビルに飛び移るようなスーパージャンプも可能など，まさに映画マトリックスの世界を体験できるゲームとなっている。（朝倉哲也）
