「Legends of Norrath」に初の拡張版“Forsworn”が追加

　Sony Online Entertainmentは，「EverQuest」と「EverQuest II」にビルトインされるカードゲームとして登場した「Legends of Norrath」で，初の拡張版となる“Forsworn”を12月18日に実装する予定であることを発表した。

　Legends of Norrathは，「こちら」の記事で紹介したことがあるが，EQ/EQIIのプレイ中に立ち上げられるトレーディングカードゲーム。EQ/EQIIのプレイヤーでなくとも遊べるスタンドアロン版も登場している。
　Forswornでは，2対2のチーム戦がサポートされ，二人で協力してAIと対戦することも可能になるという。そのほか公式サイトの告知ページによれば，235枚の新カード，22種類のルートアイテムなども追加されるとのことだ。

　Legends of Norrathは，公式サイトの「こちら」にもあるように，プレイヤー主催の大会が実施されている。アメリカでは，12月に賞金総額10万ドルの大会も開催されるとのことで，なかなかの盛り上がりを見せている。いずれにせよプレイヤーは，12月18日の実装を楽しみに待とう。
