【Mac】MGJ SHOP，9月27日付けのMac用ゲーム入荷情報

　Macintosh用ゲーム専門のインターネット通販ショップ MGJ SHOPの，9月27日付け最新入荷情報をお届けする。
　今回入荷されたのは，「The Sims 2」（海外版）と，その拡張パック「The Sims 2 University」「The Sims 2 Nightlife」「The Sims 2 Open for Business」の計4タイトル。

　Mac版のThe Sims 2は，日本国内ではフロンティアグルーヴが「The Sims 2 for Mac 日本語版」として販売しているが，海外でリリース済みの拡張パックについては，今のところ日本語版は販売されていない。そこで今回，MGJ SHOPでは，The Sims 2の海外版とその拡張パックの販売に踏み切ったという。
　なお，4Gamer編集部がフロンティアグルーヴに問い合わせたところ，拡張パックの日本語版を販売する予定はないとのことだ。

　海外版はちょっと，と思う人がいるかもしれないが，実はThe Sims 2の海外版は元々，日本語の表示/入力に完全対応している。日本語環境の上で起動するだけで，ヘルプやチュートリアルを含め，すべてのテキストが日本語で表示されるようになっているので，ほとんど苦労せずにプレイできるだろう（さすがにマニュアルは英語で書かれているが）。

　The Sims 2に興味のある人は，4Gamerで人気を博した連載記事「ザ・シムズ2 幸せ家族計画」にも，ぜひ目を通してほしい。（山）
