CMR3は，同社の発売タイトル第一弾として登場したCodemastersの十八番ともいえるラリーレースゲーム。現在日本では，MYSTIXによって完全日本語版がDVDボックスサイズの豪華なパッケージで発売中だ。
今回登場するリパッケージ版には，通常のCMR3パッケージに「Colin Mcrae Rally 04限定プレミアムCD」と題されたCD-ROMが付属。価格は据え置きの8800円となっており，純粋に発売中のパッケージ＋αという内容だ。以下に特典の一覧を記載しておこう。
