「Neverwinter Nights 2」の発売が，2006年10月に延期
ゲーム販売大手のAtariは，当初2006年9月に予定していた，ファンタジーRPG「Neverwinter Nights 2」の発売を，2006年10月下旬まで延期することを明らかにした。
発売延期の理由についてAtariは，シングル/マルチプレイ両方における調整などに，さらなる時間が必要であると説明している。
Neverwinter Nights 2は，テーブルトークRPGでお馴染みの，D＆D Forgotten Realmsの世界を冒険するゲーム。シビアな内容と美しいグラフィックスに，世界中のRPGファンが期待を寄せている。（朝倉哲也）
