「LotRO」，Low-resoクライアントのダウンロードを開始

　さくらインターネットは本日（10月19日），MMORPG「ロード・オブ・ザ・リングス・オンライン アングマールの影」（以下，LotRO）で，先日発表された（関連記事）“Low-resoクライアント”のダウンロードを開始した。

　Low-resoクライアントは，通常版のクライアントサイズ（約7GB）から約2GB軽量化され，第十巻「王の都」までのアップデートが実装されたもの。当然だが，低解像度専用のクライアントなので，グラフィックの設定を変更しても高画質にはならない。PCスペックを考えると高画質設定はできないし……といった人にちょうど良いクライアントだろう。クライアントは，LotRO公式サイトの「クライアントダウンロード」ページでダウンロードできる。どれくらい違うのかは，以下に掲載したスクリーンショットで比較してほしい。
